QUALITY CONTROL

We have recruited experienced and talented quality controllers who are proficient in checking these products on numerous quality parameters. Moreover, we pack these products in quality assured HDPE Laminated packaging material to protect them from moisture. The R&D center is well equipped with advanced apparatus like HPLC, GLC, Atomic Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, Moisture Balance, pH Meter, Heating Mantle, Hot Air Oven, and Hot Plate etc. Well-equipped and manned laboratory guarantees the accuracy and precision of test results.

Pre Production

In this phase, we test all the raw and packaging material before and at the time of sourcing. We source the material after finding them satisfactory as per specification before issued for production.

Production

During production process, we check every sample as per laid down specifications at different levels of production process. Our quality experts test the products on varied parameters before dispatch to the packaging team.

Post Production

After completing the production process, random samples are tested by experts and maintained in records for future references. After due verification of finished goods, they are released for sales.

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

Robust infrastructural set-up is considered as the most integral part of any reputed manufacturing company. Therefore, we have made huge efforts towards building an advanced manufacturing set-up with the production capacity of 32,000 MT per annum of WDG/WG, 20,000 MT per annum of Dispersable Granules (DG) and 10,000 MT of Suspension Concentrates (SC) formulation.

Our infrastructure is divided into manufacturing unit, testing, quality assurance, packaging, warehousing, sales and administration unit. Our infrastructure is well equipped with highly sophisticated machines and equipment in an area of 80,000 sq feet. In order to keep them in good performance condition, our skilled team of technical experts regularly upgrades and maintains them.
